We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!We are hiring an Account Executive to join our Corporate Digital Media (DME) Sales Team in EMEA, focused on the DACH region.You will be based in the region and manage a portfolio of named customers, which—while part of the Corporate segment—often includes large and international organizations with complex business structures. You will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing long-term strategic relationships that maximize retention and expansion. This role requires a proven track record in new customer acquisition as well as in managing and growing existing accounts.We are looking for someone with a strong hunter mentality, strategic account management capabilities, and the ability to thrive in complex, matrixed environments. Familiarity with value-based and solution selling frameworks like MEDDIC is essential.What You’ll DoOwn and grow a portfolio of named accounts across the DACH region, typically mid to large organizations within the Corporate segmentDrive net new revenue by identifying and converting new logo opportunitiesExpand existing accounts by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Creative Cloud and Document CloudBuild and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business goalsEngage key business stakeholders—including C-level decision-makers—to influence priority initiativesLead opportunity qualification and deal execution using MEDDIC or comparable methodologiesOrchestrate internal and external resources, including solution consultants, marketing, legal, and reseller partners, to deliver customer valueMaintain accurate and disciplined forecasting, pipeline health, and deal progressionAct as a trusted advisor and partner to your customers, delivering a compelling narrative of Adobe’s valueWhat You Need to SucceedNative-level German and fluent English is a mustMinimum of 5 years experience in B2B software sales or strategic account management, with a strong record in both net new customer acquisition and account developmentExperience building pipeline proactively and executing structured outreach strategiesAbility to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization, especially senior executivesStrong collaboration and coordination skills in cross-functional and matrix environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders in enterprise environmentsProven application of qualification and sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPINUnderstanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, or other SaaS solutions is an advantageWillingness to travel up to 30% across the DACH region for strategic customer engagementsMust be based in the DACH region, ideally in Munich or BerlinAdobe is proud to be an employer.
