Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of power systems professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with company values.
  • Oversee project delivery as Project Manager, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
  • Provide expert technical input and review models and reports for power systems projects.
  • Support business development through client engagement, proposal preparation, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, recruitment, and capability development within the team.

Experience

  • PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems or similar.
  • Chartered Engineer status with IET or equivalent professional body.
  • Extensive consultancy experience in the power sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power system components and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in power system modelling and analysis at transmission and distribution levels.
  • Proven experience in project and line management, as well as bid preparation.
  • Established network of industry contacts and clients.
