2025-07-11Full TimePermanentCNC MACHINISTS WANTED – COVENTRY & WARWICKSHIRELocation: Coventry & Warwickshire (Coventry, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Nuneaton and surrounding areas)
Salary: £14 – £20 per hour (DOE + Overtime)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent & Long-Term Contract Roles
Shifts: Days, Nights, Double Days, and Weekend Rotas AvailableGI Pro is supporting a number of leading precision engineering and manufacturing companies across Coventry & Warwickshire who are expanding their CNC teams. We are now looking to speak to skilled CNC Machinists for immediate and upcoming roles – with competitive rates and permanent opportunities available.We’re hiring for the following roles:
- CNC Millers (Setter/Operators & Programmers)
- CNC Turners (Setter/Operators & Programmers)
- Manual Machinists with CNC experience
- Multi-axis Machinists (4 & 5 Axis)
Experience with the following controls is desirable:
- Fanuc
- Heidenhain
- Siemens
- Mazatrol
- Hurco

Candidate requirements:
- Proven CNC machining experience (setting, operating, or programming)
- Ability to work from technical drawings and inspect own work
- A proactive and reliable attitude
- Relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with tight tolerances and quality control standards
