A successful candidate will drive the SW development aspects of a portfolio of several mid- to large-scale software solutions and help to enable a cross-divisional, cross-departmental, setup of teams for successful delivery.We are a dynamic and internationally successful group.   • Own the full delivery cycle of digital software products – from planning to market launch – within the Cleaning product line
  • Define product visions and roadmaps; lead agile execution through coordinated backlogs
  • Ensure transparency, clear communication, and effective reporting to senior management
  • Drive product development focused on data, functionality, content quality, and system compatibility
  • Align cross-functional teams and external partners to meet strategic goals
  • Plan and manage product budgets, ensuring cost-efficient delivery and business impact

Requirements

  • Solid track record in leading complex digital product development projects or programs
  • Strong leadership in managing and empowering cross-functional, agile teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and priorities
  • Confident in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
  • Familiar with regulatory frameworks and relevant industry standards
  • Experienced in working with external partners and enhancing digital/software offerings
  • Professional experience valued over formal education; technical background is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
