You will also have your own team to support and lead in best practice. Alongside this, you will…Provide personal care and support which may include helping with washing, dressing, food preparation etc.Administer medication in line with a clients care planEnsuring that all documentation is promptly maintained and recorded.Ensure everyone delivers outstanding levels of care.Be part of the on call rota which attracts an additional premiumAbout YouIf you have had some experience within this field, we would love to hear from you.
