Here are some of the perks and rewards.A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell’A focus on continued personal developmentPaid time off work for volunteering in the communityAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyleWhat you’ll do:Responsible for developing customer relationships and partnership with all levels of management in the Refining and Petrochemical markets.Develop and execute sales for developing large, Power, APS, temperature control projectsIdentify and evaluate potential opportunities from warm leads and provide suitable recommendations to boost sales within the Major Projects criteriaReceive enquiries from customers, quoting for work, negotiating contracts and securing ordersPromote all Aggreko products, solutions and servicesIdentify value-added engineering opportunities, position Aggreko’s engineering and technical resources, and deliver high value profitable projects to the area service centers, all of which are critical to the company’s strategic planThrough thorough understanding of refinery economics, capitalize on all opportunities associated with Plant shutdown, APS projects, all utility requirements and project management and reviewCoordinate with all Aggreko functions including local service centers on engineering & project planning, project execution, invoicing & market trainingYou’ll have the following skills and experience:University degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering, with 5+ years’ working experience in an electrical or mechanical environment, or a Sales Professional with 5+ years’ experience in direct selling to the refining and petrochemical markets5+ years’ experience in direct selling to the refining and petrochemical marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the industries in which Aggreko markets its products and servicesGood facilitation skillsExpert level negotiation skills with commercial terms and legal agreements and legal teamsAbility to travel as necessaryCreative and analytical with logical decision-making skillsBring your energy.
