Commercial Lawyer – Global Manufacturing Leader (Part-Time)Location: Glasgow/Paisley Hybrid or Fully Remote

Requirement: 2–3 days per weekA pioneering, sustainability-driven manufacturer with a global footprint is seeking its first in-house Commercial Lawyer. This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class organisation that supplies premium materials to iconic brands across the automotive, aviation, and luxury sectors.The RoleAs a key legal advisor, you will:
- Lead strategic contract negotiations to support commercial growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Technical) to manage risk and drive innovation.
- Establish a proactive legal culture aligned with global expansion goals.
What You Need
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial law.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in Scots Law preferred; postgrad in Commercial/Corporate Law a plus.
