Pay Rate: £38 per hourAbout the Role:The Home First Neighbourhood Team is seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience in hospital discharge to join their team.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will conduct Care Act Assessments, perform Mental Capacity Assessments, and make Best Interest Decisions. Additionally, you will manage hospital discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions for patients.Requirements:
- Professional registration with Social Work England.
- Experience with hospital discharge.
- Ability to regularly attend John Radcliffe Hospital.
Qualifications & Experience:To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Additionally, you must hold a full UK driving license and have the legal right to work in the UK.Why Liquid Personnel?
