Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of new housing projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee and coordinate all project activities, including site logistics, procurement, and construction.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and building codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful project management in the housing development sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Full UK driving licence.
