About this Position As a Finance Business Controller, you drive performance through data-based insights and help shape strategic decisions in a dynamic, international environment.What you´ll do

  • You are the ambitious co-driver of the general management to ensure optimal financial steering of the business to enable fast and effective decision-making.
  • You lead the financial planning & analysis through driving planning and forecasting with analytical excellence, precision, insight and professional objectivity considering governance regulations.
  • You proactively provide criticial insights through financial modelling and variance analysis for the entire P&L & develop suggestions for improvement to your stakeholders incl. (top) management.
  • You continuously lead projects to optimize processes and seek to showcase state-of-the-art controlling practices – both for your own role but also within and for the broader international controlling community.

What makes you a good fit

  • Proactive and solution-oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Experienced in business or sales controlling (3-5 years), with a solid academic background in business administration, ideally with a focus on Finance & Controlling
  • Confident in making fast, data-driven decisions and improving processes through critical thinking and innovation
  • Strong communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders in dynamic environments
  • Proficient in SAP-FI/CO, IFRS, and advanced Excel (incl. VBA, Power Query); eager to adopt new tools, work AI-enhanced, and use data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Experience in projects related to EBIT risk mitigation or cash flow optimization is a strong plus
