What is the role?This is an exciting opportunity to join the Special Projects Team as a Project Team Administrator. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support through accurate documentation, effective communication management, data organisation, and coordination of meetings and reports to ensure the smooth functioning and efficiency of the team.Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurate minute taking, documenting key tasks which are important for future action and success
  • Regional OpCo data searching/collection and distribution
  • Saving team emails, correspondence and associated reports/docs
  • Invoice vetting
  • Preparing reports, presentations and briefs
  • Collating docs/data to support legal claims process
  • Handling correspondence, including drafting letters and emails
  • Taking and distributing messages
  • Scheduling and organising meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Managing diaries and making appointments.
  • Organising and maintaining files and databases.
  • Managing databases and updating information (ClickUp™)

What experience do I need?

  • Organisation, communication, time management, adaptability, problem-solving and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential
