- You will lead a team of approximately 24 employees.
- You will manage application activities for our business areas Digital Imaging and Advanced Therapies.
- You will ensure the quality of all application services (support & training).
- You will drive the development of application services.
- You will promote synergies between customer services, application specialists and sales.
- You will manage a service sale team and represent the business area Customer Services internally and externally.
- You will negotiate service and framework agreements with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- You will provide comprehensive support and collaborate with the local sales organisation and business managers and ensure a knowledge transfer.
- You will ensure the efficient execution of the Customer Service business management processes and promote its revenue and market growth.

- You have gained practical experience in sales or in a clinical role, such as radiology, cardiology, and nuclear medicine with a technical background.
- You have completed higher technical education or obtained an academic degree.
- You have strong leadership experience.
- You have strong communication, negotiation and networking skills and customer orientation (CRM).
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- You are a solution-oriented thinker with executional excellence
- You are interested to continuously develop yourself and take initiative to stay up-to-date.
- You have interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
What else do I need to know?The gross yearly salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at leastEUR 59.000.
