We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.Job DescriptionYour MissionIn the Email Marketing Specialist role, your mission is to improve customer lifetime value by designing, building, deploying and optimising our direct communications to customers, through email, WhatsApp, SMS and push.Delivers on a CRM strategy that improves the customer experience for Teya members, progressively improving our delivery with segmentation, communication design, personalisation, analytics and cross-channel synchronisation through WhatsApp, SMS and through our product experience (including banners, push, content cards and more)Creates and manages CRM campaigns in HubSpot, designing workflows, creating A/B tests, analysing email performance, and optimising campaigns based on data insightsSupporting the launch of new products and features, and activating CRM campaigns to existing members to drive cross-sell of Teya’s product suite, including Business Account, Cash Advance and E-POSCollaborates with local marketing teams across our 7 country operations (with 2 new markets launching over summer) to manage a communications calendar and ongoing processes, and delivers against our intake process for CRM communication supportEngages our member community to build empathy and understanding (combining with customer data) of communication that can have impact, and collaborates then to create high quality case studies and contentWorks closely with the brand team to ensure the brand and tone of voice is represented through all customer communicationsQualificationsYour StoryYou have at least 2 years’ experience in a CRM role, comfortable building deploying CRM communications across an end-to-end processYou have strong copywriting skills in English and an instinct for great designYou’re proficient using CRM platforms like Hubspot and BrazeYou’re highly analytical with proficiency in measuring email marketing performance, and interpreting data to make informed decisionsYou have experience working with HTML for email customisation and troubleshootingYou have experience with design tools such as Figma and CanvaYou’re highly organised with strong project management skillsYou’re a great communicator and collaboratorYou have a growth mindset with eagerness to learn and a hands-on attitudeYou’re happy to work from our new headquarters in Central London at least 3-days a weekAdditional InformationThe PerksWe trust you, so we offer flexible working hours, as long it suits both you and your team;Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass giving free access to over 1,500 gyms in the UK, 1-1 therapy, meditation sessions, digital fitness and nutrition apps;Our company offers extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices, giving employees more flexibility and support;Cycle-to-Work Scheme;Health and Life Insurance;Pension Scheme;25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays);Office snacks every day;Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment in Central London.
