From leading the way as a dynamic and moral guide for your team, to facilitating the Scrum process at every point, you’re our go-to for driving tech efficiency.Here’s the breakdown of what you’ll do with us:Inspiring agile practices

  • Manage all Scrum events, such as the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Promote and support Scrum and Agile practices within the team and the wider organisation.
  • Embrace the agile mindset and the value of iterations and understand the concepts of product development and customer value.

Managing a team of changemakers

  • Ensure that IT and Stakeholders are aligned at all times on the project aims and deliverables.
  • Inspire your team of Scrum professionals, guiding their ability to make agile decisions and make improvements.
  • Coach and support others and be a constant source of knowledge, while upholding an environment of respect.

Taking the initiative

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the market and take the initiative to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Show that you’re comfortable driving our processes forward, liaising with your senior team to explore customer-first solutions.
  • Never shying away from a complex or challenging project.

Embracing what’s next

  • Be the Technical point of contact for the business to advise and guide on proposed development.
  • Coordinate the application of new technologies and communicate the benefits of any new developments with clarity and confidence.
