Join a Leading Prestige Car Dealer in Romford as a Car Sales Administrator!Are you an experienced Sales Administrator from a main dealer looking for your next career move? Our client, a prestigious car dealership in Romford is seeking a dedicated Car Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000, with an OTE of £40,000.
As an experienced Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales administration process in a high-end dealership environment.Key Responsibilities:
o Update Part Exchange (P/Ex) Settlement.
o Process and send finance documents.
o Set up Cosmetic Repair Policies.
o Request payout for part exchanges and any outstanding settlements.
o Liaise with the prep team to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready.
o Organize number plates and ensure they are ready for installation.
o Book in handover appointments
o Confirm all necessary documentation is in place for a smooth handover process.
o Submit claims for contributionsWhat We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £33,000 with the potential to earn up to £40,000 OTE.
• Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (09:00 – 13:00).

*The 4 hours worked on Saturday are compensated with time off during the week*

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience is Essential: You will have previous experience as a Sales Administrator in a main dealer environment, ideally within the prestige automotive sector.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, from part exchange settlements to handover preparations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with finance documentation, and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
