- Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Drive the completion of preventative and reactive maintenance to support production efficiency.
- Oversee and manage contractor control and permit to work (PTW) systems.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and engineering standards across the site.
- Take a hands-on approach to resolving technical challenges and driving improvement.
- Plan and oversee engineering projects, ensuring effective communication with other departments.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For: Engineering Shift Manager
- Proven experience in engineering leadership or team management.
- Strong technical background in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and engage with teams effectively.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is preferred.
