Take a new challenge and join us!For more information:StellenbeschreibungCreate concepts and design specifications for new power modulesSupport the designs during the initial prototype phase of power modulesPlan and set up test benches for design verification (developer tests)Perform developer tests, including analysing and documenting the resultsQualifikationenDegree from a technical university (Master / PhD) in the field of semiconductors / electronics or electrical engineering / technical physicsAt least 5 years experience, preferably in the field of semiconductorBasic automotive experience highly appreciatedWillingness to travel within Austria & GermanyProficient in written and spoken EnglishGerman language skills highly appreciatedAdditional information:The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least € 4,500 (14 x p.a .) for this position. The actual salary will then be determined depending on your actual number of hours.
