Our key objectives are to:· Reduce Operational Costs· Ensure Quality of Service· Improve Customer SatisfactionOur key responsibilities include governing technology processes, proactively identifying and facilitating improvement initiatives, capturing customer feedback, and supporting system stability initiatives. This in turn allows the business to focus on delivering operational activities that serve our customers.What you’ll loveAs a Service Manager, you will be accountable for supporting a specific business area and report into the Senior Service Manager. You will be responsible for:· The Service Strategy of your Business Area, demonstrating improvements and service stability in accordance with Team KPI’s· Identifying and leading complex improvement initiatives demonstrating clear customer value (cost saving, service stability and customer satisfaction)· Managing and driving complex and demanding business escalations to resolution· Maintaining key senior business and technology relationships, representing areas at relevant Technology and Business forums· Co-ordination and success of area peak planning demonstrating a proactive approach in alignment with Business Roadmap and forecasting (TCS)· Promotion of Service Management Team and individual successes in Technology and Business department Huddles/other relevant forums· Review and approval of Change· Proactively identifying and challenging Service risk at relevant governance forums (CAB, Risk Meetings, Project calls etc)· Improving efficiencies within Service Management Team working collaboratively with wider Technology TeamsWork Where it WorksOur hybrid way of working gives you the choice to work where it works.
