Assistant Company SecretaryA leading financial services organisation based in Coventry is looking to hire an Assistant Company Secretary to join their well-regarded in-house team.The role is predominantly remote with office attendance required 1 day per week.Key aspects of the role include coordinating all inputs from the business, preparing agendas, circulating papers, live minuting meetings and supporting the Executive Team on actions arising from meetings.To be considered for this role it is essential that you are legally or CGI/ICSA qualified with significant experience in company secretarial duties, particularly in a large financial services or regulated industry.
