Our aim is to ensure that we remain number one supplier of abatement solutions to the Semiconductor, Flat Panel, Solar Cell and LED markets. Our vision is to identify opportunities that are not always visible to others, promoting the creation of collaborative sustainable solutions designed to meet our customer needs.Sounds Interesting…We’re looking for graduates to join our operations team within Clevedon, half an hour from the vibrant city of Bristol.The RoleYou will be reporting to Senior HR Advisor / Early Careers Specialist. At Edwards, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset, and our HR Graduate Scheme is designed to develop the next generation of HR leaders who will help us build a positive, diverse, and high-performing culture.This scheme, based at Clevedon, North Somerset, provides graduates with a well-rounded introduction to Human Resources, focusing on both strategic and operational HR functions. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and employee relations.Over the course of two years, you will rotate through different HR teams, gaining both hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge, setting you up for a successful HR career. This role also supports your personal development through a combination of mentoring and project-based learning.You will be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition & Resourcing – Work closely with our Recruitment Consultant to attract and recruit the best talent, ensuring Edwards has the right people in the right roles to drive our success.
- Employee Relations -Gain experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Learning & Development (L&D) -Work alongside the L&D Specialist to design and implement development programmes that meet the learning needs of our employees
- Reward & Employee Experience – Support the Payroll Specialist and HR Advisor with the implementation of employee remuneration packages, including pay reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits offerings.
- Data & Analytics – Learn how to analyse HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions. You’ll track key performance indicators such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and training completion rates.
- Project Work – Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving processes and driving innovation within the HR function.
About youA recent graduate or final year student in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
