Job Title: Utilities ManagerJob Purpose:
Oversee the successful delivery of Utility Company project KPIs, ensuring service delivery standards meet customer specifications and achieving financial budget targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative, operational, quality, and health and safety aspects of projects.
- Produce and negotiate costs with clients and loss adjusters.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure smooth project operations.
- Control financial and commercial management of projects.
- Foster a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with risk assessments.
Key Interfaces:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on promotional visits and account plans.
- Provide timely client communications and feedback on cost control and service improvements.
- Attend client meetings to address issues and encourage improvements.
Specialist Knowledge:
- Experience in the restoration and insurance industries (3+ years in management preferred).
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Full driving license required.
Competencies:
- Customer-focused approach and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive in problem-solving and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Performance Metrics:
- Customer feedback, project profitability, and site audit results.
Reports To:
- National Operations Director
Supervises:
- Site-based supervisors, technicians, and administrators.
