We are the BRAND behind many UK and European superfood brands.We are on a mission to make healthy eating easier, to make a meaningful social impact and to become the leading superfood business.PositionPosition: Business Manager – Bulk SalesDivision/Department: Bulk SalesReporting to: Head of Bulk & International SalesLocation: Dinnington, SheffieldHours: Full-Time, Home BasedThe Opportunity – Business Manager – Bulk SalesGO Superfoods is seeking a critical channel Bulk Sales Manager for 50% of the sales of the business and 60% of the profit. We are looking for someone who can develop an understanding of the category and identify profitable sales opportunities for both our single ingredients, blends and white label business. You will have a portfolio of customers to develop to deliver growth as well as be required to prospect and bring in new business.RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Develop the current customers to growth sales and profit. Develop strategic relationships to increase contractual business and reduce reliance on spot buys to achieve business targets
- Develop a new customer base both in the UK and International to achieve business targets
- Work with Supply chain, Operations and Procurement to deliver outstanding customer service to all your customers this will require capability in forecasting and collaborative skills
- Collaborate with Marketing & Head of Product to develop product ranges that will increase our sales and market share position for your channels & markets
- Track performance against targets weekly, monthly and for the full year to update the business
