Allianz Holding Eins is responsible for Central & Eastern Europe (CE) focusing on strategic development, planning and leadership for financial services sectors within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine.Purpose of the position:The Bancassurance Offering & Solutions position is responsible for developing the Bancassurance value proposition & product offering strategy and executing customer-centric solutions across Allianz Central Europe (CE) countries. The role focuses on defining product strategies, driving product marketing, enhancing the customer journeys, and leveraging market intelligence to shape future Bancassurance value propositions. This position plays a key role in aligning business objectives with customer needs and market trends, driving innovation and growth across the region.Key Responsibilities:​​​​

  • Steer and oversee product offering and solutions activities across Allianz CE, aligning strategies with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define and execute the Bancassurance value proposition strategy, focusing on product design, marketing guidelines, and customer journey optimization, to enhance customer experience, boost partner satisfaction and drive growth.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt offerings to meet emerging demands, fostering innovation and competitiveness.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders, local units, and bank partners to ensure collaboration and performance optimization.
  • Track product performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and promote best-practice sharing across markets.

Key Requirements:Education & Experience:

  • Academic Degree: Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: min 5 years of international working experience in product management, marketing, or customer experience roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in bancassurance, financial services, or retail banking with a focus on customer solutions, product development, and market analysis is a strong advantage.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional knowledge of a Central and Eastern European (CEE) language is beneficial.

  • Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience working in international environments, with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple countries and adapt strategies to different markets.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of fostering collaboration among cross-functional and cross-country teams.

For this position we offer a yearly gross salary of at least EUR 100.000 gross (full-time basis).
