We need a Teaching Assistant for our partner schools in Horley. This full-time(8:30am – 3:30pm) position supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers to create a dynamic learning environment.Duties:
- Assist in lesson planning and delivery
- Support students individually or in small groups
- Foster a positive classroom environment
- Prepare learning materials
- Monitor and report on progress
- Build relationships with students, staff, and parents
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children
- Experience in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
