The Agency Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our advertising agencies and customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key partner relationships within a fast growing, agile and tech driven part of the sales ecosystem. The ASM will be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to some of our smartest and most advanced agencies. With proven understanding of both social and digital media, this role is responsible for partnering with the UK team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Agency Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key agency relationships with a focus on driving revenue, agency education & product capabilities. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a relentless focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role will be located in Meta’s Brock Street office in London.Agency Solutions Manager ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with key agencies and enablers in the UK (media, creative, measurement and automation technology)In partnership with an Agency Partner, identify, create and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partnersServe as external product consultant educating agencies on Meta solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.Develop strong connections with internal expert teams (creative, marketing, measurement, product-marketing, solutions engineering) as well as with other markets.Analyse data and insights to inform and guide strategy for the agency and agency teamInfluence product innovation based on agencies’ and client needs and feedbackPassion & drive to change things and solve big challenges and constantly challenge status quoBecome a strategic partner for agencies to increase their productivity during the planning process by helping optimizing buying process, support Meta API integration and assist agencies to partner with Meta Business Partners.Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teamsIdentify optimization opportunities for improving performanceOversee internal account operations (e.g. resolve systematic campaign questions and support on technical troubleshooting, etc.)Minimum QualificationsDemonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships).Experience with Excel, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights.Demonstrated experience with problem solving and decision-making skills.Experience working with cross functional teams with the ability to influence c-level executives.Demonstrated track record of delivering on quota / revenue targets.Demonstrated experience to present and sell complex ideas.In-depth experience as a Meta platform user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products.Strong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction and high attention to detail.Experience leading and managing initiatives autonomously and with a high degree of accountability.Fluency in English.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of the UK media landscape.Media agency experience.Meta Blueprint Certifications (Planning, Buying, Marketing Science).LocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
