Principal Accountabilities:
Role Overview: Oversee quality, compliance, and regulatory aspects between the company and third-party manufacturers. This includes managing relationships, addressing technical issues, resolving schedule conflicts, ensuring quality standards, and evaluating vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality and Compliance: Ensure all products are manufactured following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and meet quality standards.

Vendor Management: Select and evaluate vendors, ensuring their financial stability and capability to meet company standards.

Liaison Duties: Act as the primary contact between the company and contractors, providing necessary information and support.

Site Visits: Conduct site visits to contract manufacturing facilities to observe production and testing processes for compliance.

Documentation: Coordinate the development of contractor manuals and respond to cost and feasibility requests.

Issue Resolution: Address technical issues, schedule conflicts, and quality concerns with contract suppliers.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field. Equivalent experience in a similar industry may be considered.

Experience: 3-5 years of related experience preferred.

Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.

Professional Expertise: Apply principles and practices from a recognized professional field, likely newly qualified or with extensive experience in a complex technical area.

Guideline Adherence: Determine actions based on guidelines, modifying processes as needed.

Issue Resolution: Resolve varied and non-routine issues using previous experience to identify the best options.
