Safely load & unload materials from trucks, containers and delivery vehicles.
Check incoming materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders and specifications.
Store materials and components in the designated areas, following safety, organizational, and accessibility guidelines.
Keep storage areas clean, organized, and free from obstructions to optimize space and ensure materials are easy to locate.
Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure materials are available for production needs. Report low stock levels to the inventory manager or supervisor.
Participate in periodic physical inventory counts, comparing actual stock levels to records in the inventory system
Pick, pack, and deliver materials to the appropriate production areas in a timely manner.
Provide support as needed for receiving and managing indirect materials.
Ensure prompt communication regarding waste disposal with assigned contractors.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Basic understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.

Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Knowledge of safety practices in material handling, especially related to industrial and manufacturing environment, minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience.

Forklift/Reach truck license is mandatory.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials of varying weights and sizes.

Experience on ERP systems (SAP) is advantageous EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; some technical or vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is a plus.
