We are looking for a Product Marketing Enablement Manager to join our Global Product Marketing Team. As Product Marketing Enablement Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering scalable and programmatic product education programs to team members across our organization, most especially our global Commercial and Marketing teams.What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales Enablement, Commercial, and Marketing teams to develop and design training and product education paths across the Trustpilot’s entire portfolio of products
- Learn Trustpilot’s product portfolio inside and out, and be able to distill technical information to articulate how our portfolio meets the needs of businesses of all sizes
- Organize the product insights and content into a digestible structure for better retention
- Understand Trustpilot’s competitive landscape and develop training materials for Commercial teams on how to differentiate our value
- Build out continuing education programs for product proficiency, such as demo certifications
- Work closely with your peers in Product Marketing to plan necessary training programs aligned to new product launches and overall GTM strategy
- Support the Sales Enablement team by providing training content for the new hire onboarding experience
- Track result, retention, and efficacy of Product trainings with clear success criteria and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement to support Commercial training programs that require information on our value proposition, plans, and product differentiation to encourage best practices across the Commercial organization
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Sales Engineers to maintain and optimize Trutpilot’s interactive demo environment to ensure they continue to provide value across the organization
Who you are:
- Your expertise should include strategic planning, proficient communication, and cooperative efforts, supported by a detailed professional background in product marketing, sales promotion, or sales enablement in an international SaaS/technology enterprise.
- Clear understanding of SaaS business models, especially within the Enterprise space.
- Motivated by evolving technologies and gaining a deep understanding of opportunities and risks associated with these.
- Experienced at collaborating with multi-disciplined teams on GTM, value propositions and training programs.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated to build out and drive forward initiatives. Flexible approach to work and excited by change.
- Bias for action and able to drive projects to a close on time and on budget.
