Job description
The positionAs of now we are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager RCV, who operates within the Cardio Renal Metabolic (CRM) therapeutic area (TA). This role ensures cross-functional oversight and alignment of strategic objectives for the key brand within this TA. You will be under the supervision of the CRM TA head, but it is expected you manage the day-to-day operations of the team, demonstrating leadership and coordination.Tasks & responsibilities
- Acting as an ‘Asset Lead’, driving the brand strategy for the region and collaboration among commercial, medical, and access teams in achieving shared goals and aligning on vision
- Optimize patient engagement for each of the three indications of the brand, across the diverse realities of the countries in the RCV region.
- Demonstrate the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority,
- Anticipate and share cross-functional insights to foster insight-driven, customer-centric decision-making.
- Propose and implement corrective actions when performance metrics are not met, including resource reallocation strategies.
- Actively mentor regional marketing managers, providing constructive feedback to support their professional growth and development.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Medicine, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of cross-functional experience (marketing, market access, medicine, sales, etc.) with a strong local market awareness; leadership experience is a plus
- Proven ability to inspire and lead collaboratively and strong cross-functional business acumen
- Deep understanding of customer needs and brand planning, with the potential for strategic development
- Capacity for innovation and experimentation within the team
- Fluency in oral and written English

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 64.023,54 (full time).
