Oct, 2024MEPREF:6718A leading MEP contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London.The main objective of the role is to deliver a portfolio of MEP packages for major construction projects across multiple sectors in Greater London.Key duties will include:

• Leading the team on a project or cluster of packages having full accountability for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions and contract reporting.
• Working collaboratively with our customers and industry specialists with a firm focus on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice.
• Developing and encourage project team performance, ensuring that contractual obligations and/or strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.
• Engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of the commercial function within your assigned projects.
• Producing internal and external commercial reports.

Overall project values range from £50m up to £100m+.You will lead small commercial teams on projects, aiding individuals development alongside carrying out day-to-day commercial duties.Candidate RequirementsOur client is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move.
