What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a talented team of Facility Managers, Coordinators, and Admin personnel.

• Be the primary point of contact for client relations, ensuring stellar customer satisfaction.

• Represent CBRE with professionalism and strive for excellence in everything you do.

• Own the commercial aspects of contracts, focusing on cost savings while exceeding client expectations.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to achieve account objectives and initiatives.

• Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.

• Manage P&L, budgeting, and vendor payments to keep operations running smoothly.

• Oversee recruitment, training, and staff management to build a high-performing team.

• Provide technical expertise in facility management and asset lifecycle management.

• Ensure vendor compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and resolve challenges effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Facility Management.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Technical know-how in hard services is a must.

• A proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Confidence and assertiveness in decision-making.
