Job Description
This role reports to the Head of Venue Management Team and leads a team of Property Executives and Property Officers. He/She is involved in both strategic (mid and long term) planning and day-today operations, particularly in relation to Commercial, Precinct & Carpark Mgmt. Areas of responsibility include:

Contract management and supervision of Carpark System

Carpark Revenue report
-
Building and grounds maintenance
-
Soft Services such as Cleaning, Waste mgmt, Landscape, Pest control

Venue, Retail mall and precinct health and safety
-
Lifecycle Replacement Projects
-
Tenants, partners, stake holder office space, includes SportSG office
In addition to functionality and readiness of venues, he/she will ensure any helpdesk / TAM Case related to FM are responded to and close within the stipulated response time, avoiding any Fees Deduction due performance oravailability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain equipment assets register for the Venue and formulate an appropriate equipment replacement program that includes FF&E.
• In consultation with the Sports Hub FM – Hard Services Director, ensure detailed routine, preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance planners are followed, execute safely without affecting event and day to day operation and availability.
• Ensure that the technical and facility requirements of the Venue Safety and Certificate, Statutory inspection are carried out and met require standard with effective records are kept.
• To support Spectra event managers in terms of variable cost, soft services and facility attendant deployment to support event and where appropriate act as an event manager for specified events.
• To investigate and respond to complaints from members of the public when they relate to Venue facilities and service delivery.
• To conduct incident investigation and submit IR/IIR after identifying root cause with recommend corrective action in place.
• Review contractors/vendors Work Authorisation request, ensure full compliance with MOM WSHA and Sports Hub H&S policy.
• Support Stellar (formerly known as SMRT Alpha) on Kallang Wave Mall property maintenance, fit out and reinstatement work ensure compliance with Singapore Standard Code of Practice.
• Review monthly carpark revenue report ensure report in order before submit to SHPL by 5th day of each calendar month.
• Develop 5-year Life Cycle replacement plan with budgetary/estimate cost based on priority and condition of assets.
• Propose and execute life cycle project to seek management approval, prepare project Scope of Work, evaluate tender submission, prepare contract approval paper.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To manage and execute Variation as well as Ad hoc project to meet project timeline without jeopardise venue event and operation.
• Carry out regular work and fire safety inspection during event hiring period, raise nonconformance to Venue Ops, Spectra and the hirer to comply.
• Perform any related duties as required and directed.
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
REQUIREMENTS
• University Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management or other relevant qualifications.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Facilities Management (Sports or event venue is preferred).
• Candidate with project management will be added advantage.
• Able to work long hours and over weekends during event period.
