- Partner with senior stakeholders across product, technical, and business teams to align with the product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with your team to shape the product roadmap and create actionable project plans.
- Prioritise tasks in the backlog to reflect key profit drivers, strategic clients, and business risks.
- Participate in story elaboration and estimation during backlog refinement sessions.
- Conduct research on market trends, user needs, and competitors to inform decision-making.
- Communicate effectively at all levels to influence, persuade, and negotiate, ensuring a shared understanding of status, progress, and plans.
- Provide clear and transparent planning and reporting to business stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder groups to align interests, resolve conflicts, and keep the business on track.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on priorities and return on investment.
- Encourage innovation within your product area, nurturing new ideas and bringing them to fruition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with eCommerce solutions.
- Ability to define and measure user journeys.
- Experience with whitelabel solutions is a plus.
- Confidence and willingness to drive the product vision and manage conflicting demands.
- Strong time management skills and a desire to achieve committed goals.
- Experience working with business users to define requirements and design solutions.
- A collaborative approach to creating great product solutions for customer problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
- Proven experience in writing product requirements stories.
