Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

Attend to VDC meetings during design and construction phase of the project in order to resolve clashes from the CCSM due to site constraints

Coordinate with Civil and all System Wide Contractor’s BIM Managers for the consolidation of information and exchange of models to avoid any issue or interference between contractors work and interfacing contractors work.

Develop and collaborate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to generate BIM Models and to edit AutoCAD/ MicroStation 2D, engineering drawings for submission, adhering to established specifications, standards.

Monitor and update BIM models consistently.

Create content like parametric families, formulas, nested types, and type catalogues.

Work with vendors to update content to company standards.

Ensure accurate model management and a healthy BIM database.

Manage and deliver appropriate visual (VDC) to support construction works

Generate walkthrough animation for visual checking

Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or any other software

Assist with engineering documentation, administration, and other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
-
Candidate must minimally possess a diploma / certificate in MEP / C&S / Architecture related works

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Open Buildings Designer, MicroStation, and other BIM software is advantageous.

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Modeler; BCA certification preferred for BIM Coordination.

Good knowledge of building industry regulations, policies, and statutory requirements.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to quickly assimilate and analyze information, make decisions, and provide medium-term recommendations.

Capable of handling multiple projects and stepping up as a BIM Coordinator; experience with BIM 4D, 5D, and 6D is desirable.
