Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

  • Support delivery and maintenance of analytic reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).

  • Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to help understand operations performance through drill down analysis and monthly/quarterly information packs

  • Streamline and improve existing reporting processes.

  • Be able to juggle priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to move forward despite ambiguity.

  • Ability to effectively problem-solve and collaborate with others to resolve issues.

  • Use quantitative analytical techniques to identify trends and patterns in the data.

  • Communicate analytic outcomes and business opportunities through reports, dashboards, and interactive user-centric platforms.

  • Identify business needs, recommending relevant solutions, and working with stakeholders to elicit requirements.

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Completed studies in Business Management/Economics/Business Systems/Marketing or similar

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a complex, fast-paced, quantitative environment with a high bar for attention to detail and quality of work

  • Experience with Microsoft Software Suite – esp. Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with data analytics (either through studies or work experience)

  • Creating pivot tables & charts

  • Strong desire to learn these kinds of skills

  • Experience running simple queries in a database SQL or R/Python projects etc will be an advantage

  • Interest in business process improvement topics

  • Experience working within an operations team (even via part time/student job) will be an advantage

  • Previous experience with healthcare, health insurance, and healthcare systems will be an advantage

  • Fast learner, ability to be take initiative and work unsupervised

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong sense of ownership

  • Time management, planning and delivery of analysis – can work to deadline and plan own workload

  • Ability to learn new software and systems

  • When analysing raw data, capability to understand and interpret data in a business context and develop “insights story” to support decision making

  • Creative thinking, curiosity, and visual design skills

  • Ability to think through implications/applications of analysis will be an advantage
