Check out !The EMEA Marketing Communications Specialist (MS) designs and implements marketing campaigns for the assigned segment or product lines for EMEA.In this position you successfully project, manage, design and implement the EMEA marketing campaign strategy to effectively reach target audiences delivering impactful customer experiences. In partnership with the marketing program managers, you will select the appropriate marketing tactics for a successful outbound strategy together with the critical metrics to measure, assess and optimize campaign performance.Your responsibilities:

  • Designs multi-tactic campaigns to achieve program objectives defined by the Marketing Program Manager and documents planning, timing and results for the campaigns
  • Responsible for choosing tactic mix, identifying customer target group, and setting communications strategy. Supports the Marketing Program Manager in the development of the program brief, associated business case and multi-wave program calendar.
  • Works closely with the global marketing teams to inject regional EMEA requirements into global campaign design.
  • Works closely with the EMEA Marketing Program Manager (MPM) to adapt global campaigns for execution into the EMEA region.
  • Works closely with Agilent Marketing partners on the deployment of ePushes, social media postings, 3rd party media campaigns. If new campaign assets and collaterals are required (booth, advertisements, multimedia etc.) handles design and production in collaboration with internal groups and external agencies
  • Adheres to Agilent brand and messaging standards – ensures brand compliance when working with 3rd party
  • Partners closely with all business partners on marketing digital and face-to-face events. Can project manage key international strategic events.
  • For assigned campaigns, owns data flow from campaign setup in CRM to segmentation, data capture and data entry briefing
  • Analyzes campaign performance and optimizes tactic mix and increase return on marketing investment. Builds periodical reports to review campaign and channel performance.
  • Responsible for allocation and tracking of EMEA campaign budgets in close alignment with MPM
  • Reports into the EMEA Marketing Communications Manager

This position can be based anywhere in Spain, Italy, France, Denmark or UK, either remotely or close to one of our offices.Qualifications

  • Several years of Marcom expertise in marketing communications environment
  • Cross-discipline Marcom skills with demonstrated proficiency in implementing a wide mix of tactics with a particular emphasis of digital marketing and demand generation, and covering social media, email marketing, advertising, customer events
  • Project management experience with both internal team members and external partners
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-country / multi-channel environment across Europe
  • Experience in technological B2B environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
